My name is Varesa Chuwattanakul. I come from Bangkok, Thailand . I study in the International Program of “Frontier Biotechnology” for Master and Doctor degree. Now, I am the second year of doctor student. My research focuses on the molecular breeding of Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain with high amount of RNA which belongs to the molecular genetics laboratory under Prof. Harashima supervision.
In my opinion, life in Japan is one of my precious and wonderful life-time. I enjoy Japanese's tradition and culture such as tea ceremony, kimono, and kabuki. Nature and environment are beautiful and lovely for sightseeing which is completely different form my home country. Foods are variety and tasty. How lucky am I to be here in Japan and especially to study in such a famous university like Osaka University.
