Days in Japan---Where Dreams Continues

I am Lizhi Li, come from China. I got my B.Sc degree in Biological Science from Peking University at 2006. While in 2007, I was honored to study as a Japanese Government Scholarship student at the International Program of Biotechnology, Osaka Univ. Now I am focusing on the research of X-ray Crystallography of Condensin Heterodimer Protein, under the supervision of Professor Fukui.

I didn't leave my hometown until I was 17, while the next year I went and spent four years at the capital of China. Each time this kind of scope extension of mine not only means a fresh experience to me, but also, a new leaf to continue my dream. I came to Japan not just because of those reasons such as: Japan is one of the most advanced countries of the world or I am fond of the interesting Japanese culture. Of course they account, but what most significantly matters is that Japan is the perfect place to continue my dream: to be a top-ranking scientist, while Japan provides me the possibility to realize it by its state-of-the-art level of research not only on the hardware but also on the “software”----high talented faculties and scientists.
